SOBHA IN DELHI NCR
From One Villa Community to Six Live Addresses.
Sobha did not arrive in Delhi NCR with a tower. It arrived with villas.
International City, off the Dwarka Expressway, came first: a gated community of four and five bed homes between 3,153 and 7,330 sq.ft. It sold out. People live there now, which is a very different thing from a project that is still a hoarding and a promise.
Then came scale. Sobha City in Sector 108 is a 39-acre township, registered with Haryana RERA in phases from 2017 onward. Fourteen towers have sold. More than 1,100 families live on that land today, and the final phase, Vista Residences, is still selling with possession from 2028. If you would rather judge a builder by something other than a brochure, that is the address to walk through.
Which brings us to now. Six live addresses, across two corridors and two states. Crescent on Golf Course Extension Road. Aranya inside the 270-acre Karma Lakelands estate. Altus and Strada on the Dwarka Expressway, a few minutes from where the first villas went up. Rivana and Aurum across in Greater Noida.
The dates below are RERA registration dates, taken from each project's own registration and shown on its page here. They are the one milestone in Indian real estate that is a matter of public record rather than marketing.
What has not changed in that time is how the buildings get made. Sobha still manufactures its own interiors, glazing and metal works, and concrete products rather than buying them in, and every apartment goes through 1,456 documented checks before anyone gets the keys. That is the reason the older addresses still look the way they do.

02Does SOBHA have any project inside Delhi itself?
Not at present. SOBHA's Delhi NCR portfolio is currently split between Gurgaon and Greater Noida. SOBHA Rivana in Sector 1, Greater Noida is the closest to central Delhi at roughly 26 km by road from Connaught Place.
03What is the lowest entry price across SOBHA's NCR projects?
SOBHA Strada in Sector 106, Gurgaon starts from INR 2.03 Cr for a one-bed serviced residence. Among conventional apartments, SOBHA Aurum starts from INR 2.73 Cr and SOBHA Rivana from INR 2.74 Cr.
04Which SOBHA NCR project has the nearest possession date?
SOBHA Altus in Sector 106, Gurgaon, with possession recorded for April 2028. SOBHA Aurum follows in April 2030 and SOBHA Rivana in February 2031.
