Towers 1 to 3 carry two residences per floor and Towers 4 and 5 carry three, so lift lobbies stay quiet. Tower 1 is the final release, a standalone signature tower with uninterrupted golf course views and a private garden with every residence. Once it is gone there is nothing further to release in this phase.
The clubhouse runs to 90,676 sq.ft. with a six-lane Olympic pool and a heated pool, alongside camping grounds, a celebration lawn, zen and healing gardens, a forest grove, pet park, reflexology pavilion, squash and badminton courts, a theatre, and a restaurant and cafe. The site sits off NH-48, roughly two minutes from the highway, five from IMT Manesar and Fortis Hospital, and about thirty from IGI Airport. Possession is December 2030.
Phase 1 covers 14.81 of the 31.28 acres, so more will follow on this land in time. What is released now is what you can actually buy now, and Tower 1 is the last of it. Anything beyond that is a future phase with no date and no price attached to it yet.
