What we collect when you fill in a form here, and what happens to it afterwards.
This policy covers sobhancr.co.in only. It explains exactly what happens to the details you submit through the enquiry forms on this site.
Only what you type into a form. That is: your name, your country dial code and mobile number, and your email address. Depending on the form, you may also optionally provide a project of interest, a preferred site-visit date and time, a preferred configuration, a budget band, a purchase timeline, a purpose (self-use or investment), and a free-text message.
We also record which page the form was submitted from, so the advisory desk knows what you were looking at when you got in touch.
There are no user accounts on this site. We do not collect passwords. We do not collect or process any payment information. No booking amount or payment is ever taken through this website.
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call, SMS, email or WhatsApp you about the project you asked about, to share price lists and floor plans, and to arrange a site visit. The consent line on each form states that you authorise this contact, overriding any DND or NDNC registration on your number, and that authorisation exists for this purpose and no other.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a general newsletter.
Your enquiry is emailed to the internal sales desk that operates this site. It may be shared with the developer, SOBHA Limited, and with authorised colleagues at this marketing desk, strictly to process your enquiry.
We do not sell your data. We do not trade, rent or broker it to third-party lead aggregators, data brokers or unrelated advertisers.
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script. We are stating that as a fact about how the site is currently built, not as a claim about tools we might add later. If that changes, this policy changes with it.
Two third-party embeds do appear on project pages: a Google Maps iframe on the location section, and a YouTube player that only loads after you click the play button. Those services may set their own cookies once loaded, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours. The YouTube player deliberately does not load until you ask it to.
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to serve your enquiry and to meet any legal or statutory obligation, typically up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. Call or WhatsApp +91 93553 02055 and ask. We will action it and confirm back to you. You can also withdraw your contact consent at any time by telling us to stop calling.
This site is meant for adults evaluating a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their details, contact us and we will delete the record.
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Enquiries are delivered to an internal mailbox and are not stored in any public-facing database on this website. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal identifiers (identity numbers, bank details, card numbers) through the forms here. We will never ask for them on this site.
